Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities
?		Authorized to provide the interface service between the various departments and/or entities involved in the execution of the Project. T
?		Managing the interfaces of in-house, other entities, Subcontractor(s) and Client deliverables, as required to effectively execute the project. Identifying, categorizing, scheduling and assessing the impact of technical interfaces (inter-discipline, internal and external)
?		Preparing interface matrix and plans.
?		Updating of interface schedules/matrix and the issue of interface deliverables.
?		Assigning responsibilities and ensuring that required actions are undertaken within the defined schedules.
?		Maintaining the interface control. Monitoring the status of interface documents and ensuring that a review is undertaken，change of discipline documents for interface have been recorded and executed.
?		Identifying and addressing and applying corrective measures on any problem areas with respect to the deliverable schedules on engineering and materials.
?		Ensuring that all third party documents are reviewed for interface considerations.
?		Ensuring the flow of information between the parties involved in the project is coordinated, communicated, documented and distributed.
?		Coordinating the multi-disciplined interfaces associated with vendor supplied equipment in conjunction with the relevant requisitioning engineer.
?		Ensuring that lessons learned are input to the lessons learned system.
?		Providing input to the project close out report.
?		Overall Management of changes

Job Holder Requirement


Qualifications:

1.	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred for complex offshore projects)
2	Familiarity with FIDIC contracts (EPC-specific clauses) and API/ASME standards for offshore interfaces 

3	Fluent English for cross-cultural coordination with global teams; proficiency in  Mandarin preferred for local stakeholder engagement 

4	Strong negotiation skills to balance client expectations, contractor capabilities, and project constraints .
5	Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability.
6	Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
7	Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
8	Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control practices.
9	Good leadership skills, along with communication and interpersonal skills ,have ability to organize own work and meet strict deadlines
10	Willing to transfer internationally and be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites

1	10+ years in offshore oil & gas, with 5+ years focused on FPSO/EPC interface coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction phases

2	Managed interfaces for projects valued >$500M USD, involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., EPC contractors, subcontractors, clients)
